Performance
The Hotel-Restaurant Sonnenberg (Verein Sonnenberg) undertakes to carry out the order with due care. It undertakes to organise an event on time and in accordance with the agreed order. When selecting food and beverages, emphasis is placed on impeccable quality. All rights to the presented ideas, proposals, drafts, sketches, illustrations and texts are the intellectual property of Hotel-Restaurant Sonnenberg. Their use is only permitted with express authorisation.

General reservation and cancellation conditions
Your verbal or written, definitive confirmation makes the reservation legally valid and binding. With your signature on our written reservation confirmation, you merely recognise the correctness of the agreed services. Any services over and above the order confirmation will be invoiced additionally. We reserve the right to demand an appropriate advance payment on signing the contract or by agreement.

If you cancel an event that has already been confirmed, please notify us in writing.

We will charge you the following costs for our expenses:
— Cancellation 14–28 days before the event: 20% of the arrangement
— Cancellation 3–13 days before the event: 50% of the arrangement
— Cancellation 0–2 days before the event or reduction in the number of persons: 100% of the arrangement

By arrangement we mean the confirmed service (menu price or seminar package) x number of persons.

Number of persons
Please let us know the exact number of people 48 hours before your event. If this number is subsequently not reached, we will charge the number stated to us in advance (see “General reservation and cancellation conditions”).

Minimum consumption
For banquets, a minimum consumption or a minimum price is specified for the exclusive use of a desired room.

Terms of payment
The Hotel-Restaurant Sonnenberg may request payment on account before the event takes place. We ask you to pay the final bill in cash or by card immediately after the event. Alternatively, we can send you the invoice by e-mail or by post for a fee of CHF 1.50 (payable net within 10 days).

Damage
The party responsible for the damage to furniture and objects etc. is liable. The costs incurred will be invoiced.

Prices
All prices include the statutory value-added tax. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Place of jurisdiction
Any action or other legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought to the court in Kriens LU or any other competent court at the discretion of Hotel Restaurant Sonnenberg.

Swiss law shall apply.
